Thanks for being a great Host. We had an amazing time. The location was perfect and the house is even better than the pictures. 3 good sized double rooms, very tidy and perfect size for 6 adults. Natalie was very easy to get hold of and met us on arrival and departure. Thanks for a great week, would advise anyone thinking about staying here to do so!

The Sanctuary is a fantastic three double bedroom house in the heart of Newquay. Natalie clearly takes pride in this holiday let. We were welcomed with opened arms and at the same time given our privacy. The kitchen was stocked with milk, juice, chocolate crossiants plus scones with cornish cream and jam, yum!!! The house is spot on. Three double beds, two shower rooms, two parking spaces and an outside decked area to chill in the evening. We saw the ISS pass overhead twice! The best thing about the Sanctuary is the location. Right slap bang in the centre on Newquay, 2 mind walk to Towan beach and 10 to Fistral. We had four awesome days surfing, one day coasteering and a day at the Eden project in our week away. There are several bakeries, a WH Smiths a cafe nero just around the corner for breakfast and plenty of restaurants (the Thai place is 200% recommended!) and bars for your evenings entertainment. Go, have fun and enjoy your stay at the sanctuary. Totally recommended!

Beautiful home, lovely hosts and perfect location, we will be back very soon.
Gary - July 2018
The Santuary is in a very central location in Newquay meaning you can walk to the beaches as well as the shops and restaurants. The house is spacious and very clean and the hosts leave everything you need to start your break. This includes some delicious cream scones, which is a nice touch. Check in is very easy and you have parking available if you bring a car. Sainburys supermarket is only 2 minutes walk away if you need to get supplies. This is great as you don’t have to bring everything with you.
Mark - July 2018
Great place in a great location. Host very helpful
Tim - July 2018
The Sanctuary has everything you would like for a roomy house by the sea and so close to all the bustle of Newquay’s attractions but also nice and quiet! The rooms are lively with nice touches in each. Natalie and James have made a real effort to provide a homely and comfortable holiday rental. I would definitely recommend The Sanctuary.
Matthew - July 2018
Great stay. Right in the center of Newquay great house and good price . Excellent hosts, the place was well cleaned and stocked with complementary scones jam and cream.
Narita - June 2018
The accommodation was very neat, tidy and clean. Kitchen had all full sets of utensils and cutleries. WiFi was very good. The choice of having Netflix was great as we lounged in and watched movies after dinner. What I loved most about Natalie’s place was the location. The shops, the beach and the restaurants were really all in walking distance. The back door from the patio behind the kitchen also gives you a short-cut to Sainsbury’s. It was convenient as there was no need to take the car. Natalie & James also popped in to say Hello later on the day of our arrival which was really nice of them. They were very approachable and tended to our needs. The only small problem you might face is that, it can get a bit noisy outside during the late night. A lot of noise comes through the front facing bedroom from people walking about after a night out. But it’s something that’s out of everyone’s control. Despite that, I would come back again to stay here, and would recommend this accommodation because of it’s convenience.

Perfect house in a great location to make the most of all Newquay has to offer. Everything is literally on the doorstep but The Sanctuary is on a quiet side street. Natalie and James are the perfect hosts with great local knowledge and attention to detail. Really appreciated the cream tea and fresh flowers. If you like Newquay you’ll love The Sanctuary.
